Sleeping disorders

Sleeping disorders are varied, for example: trouble falling asleep, disturbed night sleep or early wakening.

These problems appear at certain times in life, after a birth, an emotional shock or some form of stress.

The Hypnotherapist will adapt the sessions to the patient by creating a working basis and giving training in auto-hypnosis. In this way the patient can fall asleep ‘to order’.

Generally, three sessions are enough. Since sleeplessness is more or less physiological, it is normal to have such problems after a certain age.

" Hypnosis does not under any circumstances replace medicine, either for diagnostic purposes or treatment. Moreover, treatments are always respected. In our practice you will find confidentiality, respect and empathy. "
